Abstract:

As the regional order undergoes profound transformation, countries across Asia are navigating a more complex environment shaped by geopolitical competition, weakening rules-based international order, and economic uncertainties. In this context, the special talk by H.E. He will also reflect on ASEAN’s role as an anchor of stability and cooperation, and underscore the importance of Thailand-Japan Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in shaping a regional order that remains inclusive, resilient, and fit for the future.
